We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Operations / Site Supervisor who can manage projects from start to handover. The ideal candidate must be able to take accurate site measurements, coordinate with the production team, prepare material order lists, schedule workflow, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate site measurements and prepare detailed reports.
• Create material order lists and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
• Coordinate between carpentry, paint, upholstery, and installation teams.
• Prepare and manage work schedules, timelines, and task allocations.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure all tasks meet company standards.
• Handle client updates, site issues, and operational requirements professionally.
• Ensure smooth workflow from project start to final handover.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and daily updates.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.
• Support operations team with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in operations, site supervision, or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of site measurements, materials, and interior/furniture production.
• Ability to prepare order lists, BOQs, and follow up with suppliers.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in furniture, interior fit‑out, or carpentry operations.
• Knowledge of basic AutoCAD/SketchUp (optional but preferred).
• Ability to handle client communication professionally.
• Strong leadership and team‑handling skills.
