The operations role will mainly focus on administrative and coordination tasks, including email handling, booking acknowledgements, pickup and delivery monitoring, DQ checks, and milestone updates in myDSV to ensure data accuracy. 


Detailed Responsibilties 


  • Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Handle booking acknowledgements, confirming shipment details and addressing any discrepancies
  • Monitor pickup and delivery activities to ensure operations run smoothly and deadlines are met
  • Perform DQ (Data Quality) checks to maintain accuracy and consistency across all shipment records
  • Update milestones in myDSV, ensuring all shipment progress is correctly tracked and reflected in the system
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or operational issues proactively
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., operations, customer service, transport teams) to ensure seamless workflow
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and reporting purposes
  • Support overall administrative tasks related to logistics and shipment managemen

Experience


  • 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations preferred.
  • Experience in air freight operations (import/export) is advantageous.
  • Exposure to aerospace logistics or AOG handling is highly desirable but not mandatory.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time-critical shipments.
  • Excellent organizational and tracking skills.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and shipment monitoring.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 operations).
