The Operations Supervisor is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on the management of large teams, particularly overseeing the operations of security guards. This position requires a hands-on leader who has prior experience managing security guards and can effectively schedule and oversee 24/7 duty rosters, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction, periodically review and implement SOPs, prepare conclusive reports on operation's updates among other duties. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise a large team of security personnel, ensuring effective scheduling of 24/7 duty rosters.
  2. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operational activities.
