We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team and support day-to-day operations as we continue to grow in the marine industry

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative functions and general office coordination
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with clients and vendors
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for client records, shipping logs
  • Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and project timelines
  • Assist with quotations, tenders, and documentation for marine projects


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
