MAYEKAWA established its business in the Middle East (located at Dubai, U.A.E.) in 2005 and we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Part Sales & Logistics team, who detail-oriented, organized and passionate about overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Duties and Responsibilities                                              

A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, from receiving and storing items to planning and dispatching shipments, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Here are the overview of the Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to;

Logistics & Shipping

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments through DHL and other courier services
• Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and customs-related documentation
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Consolidate, pack, and dispatch products to other MAYEKAWA group locations and customers

Inventory & Stock Management

• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Conducted weekly inventory audits and reconciled stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of inventory within the warehouse

Operational Coordination

• Plan the daily warehouse and logistics operations, while ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and logistics processes
