The responsibility for managing daily shipping and distribution operations related to customer requests supplied by SNZMP/NFIC.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Daily Shipping:
  • Preparation of required documentation
  • Coordination of transportation means for shipment dispatch
  1. Invoices and Shipping Documents:
  • Maintaining timely issuance of invoices:
  • Locally (after loading completion)
  • Exporting (after receiving shipping bill/declaration)
  • Preparation of shipping documents such as:
  • Health certificate
  • Certificate of origin
  • Veterinary certificate
  • Monitoring invoices from transport companies and coordinating with the finance department for payment approvals via JDE system


Skills

  • Proficiency in Arabic reading and writing with a good command of English
  • Experience of no less than one year (preferably in the FMCG sector)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in one of the following fields:
