Job description

  • Draft and negotiate agreements/legal contracts in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
  • Thorough knowledge in the field of Commercial Law, company formation and related legal requirements.
  • Provide legal counsel to companies and clients on the legal aspect of business.
  • Legal advice to the group on mergers/acquisitions.
  • Handle corporate risk management and minimize company's exposure to litigation. 
  • Familiar with anti-corruption laws, compliance/due diligence requirements.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English languages.
  • Age between 30 to 45 years                                                                                                        
  • Qualification : LLB/LLM
