Job description

  • Provide accurate and strategic legal advice on a wide range of matters
  • Ensure the organization’s legal compliance with local laws
  • Support business teams with legal risk assessments and strategic planning
  • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
  • Maintain legal documentation and case files in an organized manner


Skills

  • Fluent in Arabic with strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s or professional certifications are an advantage)
  • Proven experience in legal consultancy, corporate law, or related areas
  • Strong knowledge of local laws and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive legal matters with discretion
