We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Financial and Legal Consultant to support our organization in making sound financial decisions and ensuring full legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law, financial regulations, risk management, and contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert financial and legal advice to support business decisions.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and financial agreements.
- Ensure company compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and handling regulatory matters.
- Conduct risk assessments and advise on financial planning and investment decisions.
- Liaise with external legal and financial bodies when required.

المهام الوظيفية:
- تقديم المشورة القانونية والمالية لدعم قرارات العمل.
- إعداد ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات المالية.
- ضمان امتثال الشركة للقوانين المحلية ولوائح الضرائب والمعايير المحاسبية.
- المساهمة في حل النزاعات القانونية والتعامل مع الجهات التنظيمية.
- إجراء تقييمات للمخاطر وتقديم نصائح مالية واستثمارية.
- التنسيق مع الهيئات القانونية والمالية الخارجية عند الحاجة.
