IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5–7 years of expertise in managing IT and software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget while managing cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT/software projects.

· Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

· Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring effective resolution.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, business analysts, and operations).

· Implement Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.

· Track and report project progress, milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational processes.

· Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

· Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers as required.

· Mentor and guide junior project team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 5–7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in IT or software development.

· Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

· Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar).

· Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
