- Technical Compliance: Oversee the implementation of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) across all project disciplines, including civil, mechanical, and E&I.
- Safety & Quality Governance: Champion the Saudi Aramco Work Permit system and oversee QA/QC integrity, ensuring a culture of "zero incidents" and high-quality structural and welding execution.
- Reporting: Deliver comprehensive weekly construction progress reports and technical documentation to senior management and the client.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred) or a relevant technical field.
- Aramco Approval: Must have prior Saudi Aramco approval as a Project Manager.
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years in Oil & Gas, specifically in cross-country pipeline construction, with at least 5-8 years in a senior management role.
- Aramco Background: Extensive experience navigating Saudi Aramco project management systems and Safety General Instructions (GIs).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software; deep knowledge of SAES and international quality/safety standards.
