Job description

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
  • Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Lead post-project evaluations and implement learnings.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of proven experience in project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
