Job description
The Electrical Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion within the architecture industry. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate all electrical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop comprehensive project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays or budget overruns.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.
- Ensure all electrical installations are completed to specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

- 132/13.8 kV Substations
- 132/33 kV Substations
