The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Events Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in UAE-based event management, particularly with exhibition stands, brand activations, and large-scale or government campaigns.
This role is not administrative—you’ll be leading on-ground execution, proposal development, and direct client communication. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and public campaigns
• Coordinate with AV, fabrication, printing, and rental suppliers
• Prepare and present both technical and commercial proposals
• Act as the client lead, managing expectations and communications in Arabic and English
• Oversee on-site event setup and resolve operational issues in real-time

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of event project management experience in the UAE
• Strong background with exhibition builds, live activations, or public campaigns
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Excellent skills in supplier coordination, budgeting, and proposal development
• Valid UAE Driver’s License
• Must be currently based in the UAE
