Job description

e are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our human resources department with daily administrative tasks, employee records management, recruitment coordination, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining an organized, compliant, and efficient HR function across all divisions of NFL Investments LLC.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and databases in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, offer letters, contract preparation, and orientation of new hires.
  • Coordinate interviews, schedule appointments, and communicate with candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leaves, and payroll in coordination with the relevant departments.
  • Prepare HR reports such as attendance, headcount, visa status, leave balances, and other internal reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and manage visa processing, renewals, and cancellation coordination with PRO and government authorities.
  • Monitor and record sick leaves, annual leaves, and other absences accurately.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support in drafting HR-related communications, memos, and policy documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information at all times.
