HR Responsibility
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings. Schedule and coordinate pre-employment background verification. Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
- Manage and administer employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Manage employee performance evaluation programs and design the incentive scheme.
- Leverage reports and dashboards to measure and analyses human resources and business performance metrics.
- Address employees concerns and resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Administration Responsibility
A) Office and Warehouse Management:
- Prepare and propose lease agreements for new office spaces & warehouses.
- Handle local permit applications and provide recommendations for safety and security systems, renovation, and workspace arrangements.
- Supervise daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal team members regarding warehouse permit registration and allocation matters.
- Ensure timely payment of all utilities and update all workplace-related licenses (including office and warehouse).
B) Resource Management:
- Manage office supplies, stationery, equipment, office systems, company fixed assets, and facilities to ensure smooth operations, including maintenance of the workplace, housekeeping arrangements, and safety.
- Manage and coordinate vendors, overseeing agreements for apartments, hotel rentals, company vehicle leases, and related payment processes.
C) Administrative Duties:
- Execute general administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to permit applications, administrative documentation, company seal management, compliance with SOPs, and document updates, ensuring effective filing and record-keeping systems.
D) Visa and Work Permit Management:
- Streamline the visa and work permit processes for expatriates according to timelines and compliance.
- Coordinate with external vendors to obtain visas and work permits for expatriates, notify them of stays exceeding 90 days, and track expiration dates of visas and work permits.
