Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies to engage and retain talent.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and issues.
