HR Manager

Purpose of the Role:

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions within the organization. This role plays a key part in developing HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. 5. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on workplace policies and disciplinary actions.
6. Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits and assessments.
7. HR Analytics & Improvement: Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance HR practices.
