Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Core Operations
- Collaborate with the HR & Admin Manager to execute and optimize end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, training, and compensation & benefits (C&B).
- Drive the localized recruitment process for factory personnel, technical staff, and administrative roles to meet project commissioning timelines.
- Assist in developing and implementing local HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain accurate employee relations records, manage personnel files, and facilitate seamless onboarding/offboarding workflows.
2. Administrative & Facility Management
- Oversee day-to-day office and factory administrative operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-supplied workspace.
- Manage company assets, procurement of office/facility supplies, and supervise administrative vendors (catering, cleaning, transportation).
- Coordinate logistics and facility management for employee accommodation and dining services.
3. Government Relations & Compliance
- Liaise with UAE government authorities, free zone entities, and labor departments to manage employment visas, medical screenings, Emirates IDs, and corporate licensing updates.
- Ensure all HR and administrative practices strictly align with UAE Labor Law and KEZAD Free Zone regulations to mitigate compliance risks.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in HR and administration roles. Prior experience within a manufacturing plant, factory environment, or the FMCG sector is highly preferred.
- Competencies: Well-rounded knowledge of core HR modules (Recruitment, Performance, C&B) with a proven track record of execution.
- Languages: Native or professional bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory to effectively coordinate within a cross-cultural corporate environment.
- Local Knowledge: Previous work experience in the UAE and a strong, practical understanding of UAE Labor Law, visa processing, and government relations are highly advantageous.
