Why This Role?
We are seeking a dependable and knowledgeable HR & Admin Officer to manage the daily HR and administrative functions that support our growing business segments.
This role is ideal for someone who understands UAE labor law, thrives in fast-paced environments like F&B or retail, and is ready to take full ownership of HR compliance, documentation, and employee support operations.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory)
- HR certifications such as CIPD, PHR, or SHRM-CP are an advantage
Experience:
- 5–7 years of progressive HR and administrative experience in the UAE
- Hands-on experience with visa processing, onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, or service-oriented sectors is preferred
Technical & Functional Competencies:
- Solid knowledge and application of UAE Labor Law and government systems (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA)
- Strong grasp of HR policies, employment contracts, leave tracking, and end-of-service benefits
- Experience using HR software and document management systems
- Capable of coordinating PRO activities, including visa renewals and Emirates ID processing
- Able to manage administrative responsibilities such as office supplies, asset tracking, and general coordination
Behavioral & Communication Skills:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage records and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in HR practices
- History of ensuring audit readiness and full legal compliance in employee records
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus
- Skilled in managing employee queries, grievances, and drafting internal communications, letters, and memos
