The Executive Secretary plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of an executive's office. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management, facilitating communication, and ensuring that the office runs effectively. Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for the executive's office.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed to support executive decision-making.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and managing office supplies.
- Continuously seek ways to improve office efficiency and streamline processes.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: AED 8 K to AED 10 K
