Position Summary
The Executive Assistant supports the General Manager by ensuring efficient organization of the GM’s office, effective coordination across departments, and disciplined follow-up of key actions. The role requires high professionalism, logical thinking, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
· Prepare and organize reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and official correspondence.
· Track action items from management meetings and ensure timely follow‑up with department heads.
· Coordinate communication between the GM and internal departments.
· Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information related to executive decisions.
· Screen requests, calls, and emails directed to the GM and prioritize appropriately.
· Support preparation of management reviews, operational meetings, and strategic discussions.
· Ensure professional communication and proper documentation standards within the GM’s office.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years experience supporting senior executives or general management.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
· Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Experience
· Experience working in manufacturing or industrial companies.
· Experience supporting executive leadership in a multinational or fast‑growing company.
· Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and follow up on operational initiatives.
