Lead and manage complex construction disputes, claims and arbitrationsDraft, review and negotiate settlement agreements and dispute documentationAdvise on contractual risk across major construction and development projectsSupport PPP, joint venture and consortium arrangements from a legal perspectiveWork closely with senior leadership, project teams and external counselProvide pragmatic legal input during live project executionContribute to dispute avoidance strategies and claims management processes


Profile
4-6 years' post‑qualification experience in contentious construction lawBackground in a well‑regarded private practice law firm within the GCCStrong experience handling construction claims, disputes and arbitrationsExposure to large‑scale development or infrastructure projectsSolid understanding of contractual risk management and dispute resolutionFamiliarity with KSA regulations and relevant Sharia law principlesAdmitted or eligible to practise in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
