Description
Lead and manage the full end to end finance function.Strategic finance leadership.Oversee a large finance team across multiple regions. Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial health.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including audits and reporting requirements.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and drive business growth.Manage cash flow, investments, and funding strategies to support organisational objectives.Lead change management across the function.Prepare and present detailed financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders.


Profile

A successful Deputy CFO should have:
A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as CA, ACCA, or CPA.Proven expertise as a CFO.Experience managing a large team. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic decision-making.Proficiency in financial software and tools to streamline processes and reporting.Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.MUST HAVE manufacturing experience.


Job Offer

There is a competitive package of between 70,000 AED - 80,000 AED monthly + Benefits with flexibility depending on experience.
