A newly established Banking & Finance college in Dubai is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Enrollment Officer to support student admissions and recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong student counselling and sales capabilities who enjoys engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the full admissions journey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student enquiries across multiple channels including calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM, and walk-ins, while providing guidance on programs, eligibility, admission requirements, and application procedures. The role will also involve converting qualified leads into enrolled students through effective follow-up and relationship management.
In addition, the Enrollment Officer will coordinate with education agents, school counsellors, and recruitment partners, while supporting education fairs, webinars, open days, and outreach initiatives. The position will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Student Affairs in building student recruitment activities for the institution.
To be considered, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, student recruitment, or education sales within a UAE university or higher education institution. Strong communication, counselling, sales, and CRM management skills are essential. Experience in a startup or growing education environment will be an advantage, while Arabic language skills are considered a plus.
