Job description

 

  • Manage the full onboarding cycle, including document collection, orientation, and system registration.

  • Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement.

  • Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Manage invoicing processes related to HR services and third-party vendors.

  • Respond to and process daily employee requests (salary certificates, STL letters, payslips, etc.).

  • Administer and coordinate medical insurance enrollment, renewal, and claims.

  • Stay up-to-date with and ensure compliance with the UAE labor law and regulations.
