Manage the full onboarding cycle, including document collection, orientation, and system registration.
Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement.
Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage invoicing processes related to HR services and third-party vendors.
Respond to and process daily employee requests (salary certificates, STL letters, payslips, etc.).
Administer and coordinate medical insurance enrollment, renewal, and claims.
Stay up-to-date with and ensure compliance with the UAE labor law and regulations.
Proven experience in a similar HR role within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
