Overview Of The Role:


  • The Digital Product Manager for Financial Services Digital Assets is responsible for leading the development and management of the bank's primary digital products, including the mobile application, websites, and API platforms. This role focuses on automotive finance solutions like leasing, car rental, and hire purchase across GCC countries. The manager will ensure these digital assets enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and drive sales growth, balancing business objectives with delivering exceptional digital journeys.

 

 


What You Will Do:


Mobile App Management

  • Lead the mobile-first strategy and end-to-end management of the mobile app experience for leasing, rental, and hire purchase products across the GCC.
  • Oversee the evolution and performance of supporting digital assets, including websites and APIs that enable product discovery, lead generation, onboarding, and servicing.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and API teams to ensure delivery of intuitive, fast, and engaging digital journeys.
  • Drive digital customer acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell strategies within the app and across integrated digital channels.

 

Product Strategy and Development

  • Develop product roadmaps and feature prioritization in alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations across the region.
  • Continuously enhance digital experience based on usage analytics, customer feedback, and benchmark data.
  • Track and report on key digital asset KPIs including adoption, conversion, retention, and sales contribution.

 

Collaboration and Compliance

  • Coordinate with business units, including automotive finance, leasing, retail lending, and marketing teams, to align digital capabilities with commercial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with digital regulatory standards across all operating markets in the GCC.
