Creative Technologist

We are looking for a Creative Technologist who can translate ideas into practical, interactive experiences by combining technology, user interaction, and spatial thinking.

This role involves working across creative, technical, and project teams to develop concepts that are engaging, realistic, and aligned with client objectives.

What you will do

• Develop concepts for activations, interactive installations, immersive experiences, and technology-led environments
• Translate client requirements into clear solution directions
• Recommend suitable technologies (AR/VR, AI avatars, sensors, touch systems, projection, LED, automation)
• Define user journeys, interaction logic, and experience flow
• Work closely with designers, developers, and project teams to ensure feasibility
• Support proposals and presentations with clear, structured ideas
• Help prototype concepts and guide execution direction

What we are looking for

• 3–6+ years of experience in interactive, experiential, or immersive projects
• Strong understanding of both creative thinking and technical feasibility
• Experience in concept development, storytelling, and user experience design
• Awareness of hardware and software integration (sensors, displays, systems, etc.)
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills 

Preferred Background

• Experience in experiential agencies, exhibitions, immersive studios, or innovation labs
• Portfolio demonstrating concept thinking and execution awareness
• Exposure to XR (AR/VR), interactive installations, or spatial experiences
