Black & Grey HR is partnering with a retail organization in the UAE to appoint a Chief Executive Officer. The role carries full accountability for shaping strategic direction, strengthening organizational capability, and ensuring sustainable profitability across a complex, multi-site operating environment.
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the medium- and long-term business agenda in line with shareholder expectations.
- Identify growth opportunities across market expansion, format development, partnerships, and portfolio optimization.

2. Commercial & Operational Performance
- Drive revenue growth, margin enhancement, and overall business productivity.

Requirements- 20+ years in a senior executive leadership role within a high-scale consumer-facing business.
- Strong track record of leading complex, multi-unit operations with full P&L ownership.
- Demonstrated success in driving transformation, growth acceleration, and operational improvement.
- Strong commercial judgment combined with strategic and executional depth.
- Familiarity with the UAE business environment is required.
