The Chief Information Officer is responsible for defining and executing a global technology strategy that enables growth, operational excellence, and innovation. Reporting to the CFO, the role provides enterprise-wide leadership across IT operations, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data, and applications in a complex, multi-region environment.

Define and execute a global IT and digital strategy aligned to business objectivesLead reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations across multiple geographiesDrive enterprise-wide digital transformation, including cloud, automation, and AIEstablish and govern cybersecurity, data protection, and information security standardsOversee enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS) to maximise business valueBuild and lead a high-performing, future-ready global IT organisationManage global IT budgets, investment governance, and vendor performanceAdvise executive leadership and the Board on technology risks and opportunities


Profile
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or similar; MBA preferred20+ years of progressive technology leadership experienceProven CIO experience within large, complex, global organisations (USD 500m+ revenue)Strong experience in global IT operations, digital transformation, and cybersecurityDemonstrated ability to influence Boards and executive leadership teamsFinancial acumen covering budgeting, investment governance, and business casesExperience leading large, multicultural teams across multiple regionsBackground in industrial, manufacturing, mining, or asset‑intensive environments preferred
