Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Category Manager with strong expertise in the beauty industry to lead category growth, product assortment, supplier partnerships, and commercial strategy.
This role will be responsible for driving category performance, identifying market opportunities, optimizing product portfolios, managing pricing strategies, and ensuring strong alignment with consumer trends and business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of beauty categories, market dynamics, customer behavior, and commercial planning within retail or e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and market share
· Manage product assortment, portfolio optimization, and product lifecycle
· Analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
· Build strong supplier and vendor relationships to negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotions
· Monitor pricing strategies, promotional activities, and competitor benchmarks
· Lead product launches, campaigns, and category expansion opportunities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, procurement, operations, and merchandising
· Improve product discoverability, search optimization, and customer experience across platforms
· Ensure product data accuracy, content quality, and inventory performance
· Prepare regular category performance reports, sales analysis, and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
· 4+ years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, or Commercial roles
· Strong experience within Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Personal Care, or related sectors
· Experience in UAE/GCC market is highly preferred
· Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities
· Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
· Experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
· Advanced organizational and strategic planning abilities
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
