✅ Desired Skills (BIM Modeler – MEPF)
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks
Strong knowledge of MEPF systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)
Experience in 3D BIM modeling and coordination
Ability to perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
Understanding of construction drawings and project standards (LOD 300–400)
Ability to create shop drawings and detailed models
Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO, project workflows)
Strong coordination skills with architects & engineers
Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred)
Basic knowledge of Dynamo / automation tools (added advantage)
