We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic e-commerce environment. The Assistant Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate reporting, effective inventory control, and providing analytical support to the Planning team. Responsibilities:
  • Support the Planning team with weekly and monthly trading reports and performance analysis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of category, brand, and department performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in OTB, forecasting, and budget processes by compiling and analyzing accurate data.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for reorders, ensuring alignment with OTB and trading performance.
  • Optimize inventory management to enhance availability, sell-through, and stock health on the e-commerce platform.
  • Execute allocations and reorders promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor replenishment performance and receipts against forecasts.
  • Coordinate with replenishment teams to manage and track SKUs.
  • Escalate stock risks and opportunities to the relevant teams.
  • Maintain data integrity across planning tools and reporting systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in retail or e-commerce is preferred, especially in merchandising, planning, buying, finance, or supply chain.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with confidence in handling data and generating reports.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
