Job description

Assist dispatch team in the delivery of finished goods to site and serve internal customers, i.e. workers, by picking them from the company accommodation and bringing them to the place of work and dropping them off after work.
Responsibilities:
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
•Assist dispatch supervisor in the scheduling and prioritizing of deliveries to ensure timely delivery of materials and enable site team to meet project deadlines.
•Manage drivers’ daily route plan based on site priorities and ad-hoc requests from other departments.
•Serve internal customers, i.e. workers, by picking them from the company accommodation and bringing them to the place of work and dropping them off after work, to enable staff to do their duties on time.
•Carryout delivery of finished products from factory to site on time ensuring that the materials reach site without any damages.
•Support other internal department in collection and submission of documents ( like tender documents, drawings, samples ) to clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
•Ensure that all Aati Vehicles are maintained well and regular services carried out on time as per manufactures guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification and Continued EducationHigh School / “ O” Levels
Years of ExperienceMinimum 4-5 years of experience as a driver and at least 2 years as a team leader, managing driver’s schedule.
