Job description

Provide operational technical support for Dealer Management Systems, enterprise applications, and IT hardware environments to ensure stable and reliable system operations. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving routine technical issues, supporting system installations and upgrades, maintaining IT equipment inventories, and assisting users to ensure continuity of business operations in accordance with established IT procedures and service level agreements.



Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Dealer Management Systems and related applications to ensure operational availability for business users.
• Assist users in resolving system issues by diagnosing problems and applying standard troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide guidance to users on application functionality and appropriate usage to improve system effectiveness.
• Maintain and update user access and system permissions in accordance with IT policies
• Respond to service desk tickets and user requests within defined service level agreements.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and application issues through structured troubleshooting processes.
• Resolve routine incidents directly and escalate complex issues to senior IT specialists or external vendors where required.
• Provide remote technical support to resolve minor system issues and minimize operational disruption.
• Support installation, configuration, and testing of IT hardware and related equipment in accordance with defined IT standards.
• Conduct quality checks and commissioning of hardware prior to deployment.
• Maintain inventory records of IT assets and update maintenance schedules.
• Identify hardware replacement requirements and coordinate procurement or repair activities through approved channels.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and installation partners to facilitate hardware installations, repairs, and system updates.
• Support IT implementation activities for new site deployments, including system setup, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and coordinate equipment procurement where required.
• Follow IT policies, security procedures, and change management protocols when implementing system updates or modifications.
• Coordinate with system providers to ensure timely application updates and security patches.
• Support protection and safe handling of IT assets across operational locations.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
