Delma Laboratory for Soil & Construction Materials Inspection LLC is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily laboratory operations, manage documentation, and assist with client coordination. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing general support to laboratory and management staff. The position reports to the Office Manager or Laboratory Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role, preferably in a laboratory, engineering, or construction services environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
