Accounts and Office Manager

Accounting & Finance:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor company cash flow and prepare financial reports
• Assist with VAT filing and compliance with local tax regulations
• Work closely with external auditors and prepare documents for audits
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner

Office Management:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Handle correspondence, filing systems, and record-keeping
• Support HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
• Schedule meetings, organize travel arrangements, and prepare reports or presentations as needed
