Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring smooth operations during service.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and quality standards
- Assist in creating new recipes and menu items
- Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory and communicate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Certification in food safety and sanitation regulations
