• Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience (required)
• Strong experience in gluten‑free and allergen‑free cuisine
• Plant‑based culinary expertise preferred, but not mandatory
• Solid understanding of organic ingredients and clean‑label cooking
• Ability to create elevated, flavour‑driven menus with attention to detail
• Excellent skills in plating, presentation, and portion consistency
• High level of organisation, adaptability, and professional kitchen discipline
• Working knowledge of UAE food safety standards is an advantage
