• Adapt traditional Asian recipes using organic, clean, and premium ingredients
• Maintain high standards of plating, presentation, and consistency
• Support catering events and specialty orders as required
• Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Proven experience in sushi preparation and Asian hot kitchen cuisine
• Strong attention to detail, flavour balance, and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic catering environment
• Open to freelance / per‑event collaboration
