Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site telecommunications activities including telecom infrastructure, building distribution, and structured calculating.
  • Coordinate and schedule all construction activities related to telecom systems in collaboration with technical teams and subcontractors.
  • Oversee installation of public address systems, security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection), fire alarm systems, and low-current works.
  • Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular technical reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health policies during all site operations.
  • Maintain effective communication with engineers, vendors, and client representatives to ensure smooth workflow.

Educational & Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Valid Certificate of Membership from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).


Skills

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction field, including 5 years as a superintendent on large, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Proven experience in handling advanced telecom systems in construction environments.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams.
  • Excellent coordination and scheduling abilities for project execution.
