Job description

The required tasks are as follows:


  • Preparing and posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
  • Screening resumes and selecting suitable candidates.
  • Conducting initial interviews via phone or video.
  • Coordinating final interviews with management.
  • Providing regular reports on the hiring status and number of candidates.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Bayt.com, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely effectively.
  • Preferred: Experience in recruiting for tech or e-commerce environments.
