Job Summary:
A premium hospitality and F&B group is looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its recruitment efforts across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while maintaining strong candidate experience and compliance with UAE labor standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, agencies, referrals) to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires in coordination with HR and operations.
• Promote a strong employer brand across hiring platforms and events.
• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
• Support the HR Manager in manpower planning and recruitment campaigns as needed.
Qualification &Skills:
• Gender: Female (as per company requirement)
• Nationality: Open to all nationalities; bilingual preferred (Arabic & English)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in hospitality/F&B sector
• Familiarity with UAE labor regulations, visa processes, and industry hiring trends
• Proficient in MS Office, ATS systems (e.g., Zoho, Workable), and online sourcing tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications like CIPD/SHRM are a plus)
• Energetic, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a multicultural setup
Compensation & Benefits
