Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure high performance and engagement.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective onboarding.
Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent across various roles.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategy and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
