Job description


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supervisor – Quality Systems Audits to support the Internal Audit function. The role involves ensuring compliance with audit programmes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, while assisting in both internal and external audits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor internal and external audit programmes
  • Identify and manage non-conformities, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Support audit planning across departments (Operations, Commercial, Finance, HR)
  • Conduct internal audits in line with ISO standards (ISO 9001)
  • Prepare audit reports and maintain proper documentation
  • Perform assessments and interviews to identify compliance gaps
  • Follow up on corrective actions and ensure closure
  • Travel between Makkah and Madinah for audit activities


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing
  • Experience in transport, passenger services, or technical sectors preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
  • English proficiency (minimum B2 level)

Qualifications

  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification (mandatory)
  • ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certifications are an advantage
