The Operation Manager will be responsible to oversee the performance of a flagship center in KAFD, Riyadh: You will be responsible for
ensuring service excellence, optimizing centre management, and driving revenue growth to achieve the company's business goals. This
role involves leading operational activities, enhancing customer experience, and collaborating with senior leadership to
maintain company's high standards

Main Responsibility
Pre-Opening Activities:
* Oversee and manage all pre-opening tasks, including setup, staffing, and operational readiness.
* Collaborate with HQ and local teams to ensure a seamless launch aligned with company standards.
Operations Management:
* Oversee and direct all operational activities to ensure efficiency and excellence.
* Implement and improve operational policies, procedures, and systems.
* Manage centre openings, build local operations teams, and align operations with company standards.
* Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors along with the onboarding of new vendors.
* Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
* Working closely with other heads of departments to improve efficiency
Financial & Commercial Performance:
* Oversee Operations Revenue and Expenses.
* Enhance customer support processes to improve satisfaction and retention.
* Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
* Conduct market research to maintain the brand's competitive position.
* Work closely with the City Head - Riyadh on strategies to improve performance and EBITDA.
* Support Business Development in handling large deals and Enterprise Solutions.
Client Satisfaction & Retention:
* Ensure outstanding service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
* Train local teams on client engagement and service excellence.
* Work with the City Head - Riyadh to keep sales teams updated on client needs and expansion plans.
* Track and implement follow-up actions based on Member feedback.
Communication & Strategic Planning:
* Provide feedback and propose operational improvements to HQ.
* Collaborate with functional heads on cross-departmental initiatives.

Team Management:
*Motivate team members, creating a positive and learning environments for all
*Conduct communication meetings with team to facilitate information sharing and continuous learning and development
*Conduct probation and annual performance reviews of operation team members
*Train and coach Operations Managers and Centre-in-Charges to meet company objectives.
Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree or above ideally with a background in hospitalityMinimum 5-7 years' experienceStrong leadership and operations management experienceFluency in Arabic & EnglishProven ability to drive service quality, revenue, and cost efficiency.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills.
