Job description
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Lead the operational strategy of all divisions ensuring alignment with company goals. Set KPIs & evaluate division-level performance.
- Drive standardization of tools, reporting, and procedures.
Operational Oversight
- Supervise and support each division to ensure project delivery is smooth, on-brand, and within budget.
- Oversee deployment planning, crisis management, and resource optimization during peak seasons.
- Review weekly operations reports, incident logs, and key accounts performance.
Cross-Division Optimization
- Identify and mitigate overlapping resource demands or conflicts.
- Ensure clear separation of divisions in execution, branding, and pricing to avoid market confusion or internal cannibalization.
Client Experience & Quality Assurance
- Maintain consistent client satisfaction across all tiers.
- Lead post-event debriefs with division heads to capture learnings, complaints, and future improvements.
- Approve deployment strategies for top-tier events and high-risk operations.
People & Process Development
- Coach and mentor direct reports.
- Approve recruitment standards, training quality, and discipline systems across divisions. Coordinate closely with HR for staffing needs, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Reporting & Communication
- Report weekly to the GM on division health, and risk areas.
- Collaborate with Finance for cost control and margin improvement.
- Align with Marketing to ensure operational success is documented and promoted (case studies, testimonials).
