Senior Odoo Techno-Functional Specialist / Developer

Key Responsibilities:

•   Analyze business needs and interpret those requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Configure Odoo based on business requirements, which includes managing precise units of measure, establishing comprehensive product categories, and setting up advanced approval workflows tailored to our contracting and manufacturing processes.
• Build custom solutions and develop specialized modules for manufacturing operations, fleet and transportation management, and real estate management.
•   Implement and customize Odoo systems across core departments including Financial Management, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, Project Management, and Human Resources.
•   Integrate Odoo seamlessly with external systems and third-party platforms utilizing REST APIs.
• Build user-friendly website forms and portals using Odoo Studio and Odoo Website Builder.
• Train company staff on new implementations, comprehensively test solutions, and provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical support.
•   Manage the Odoo server hosted by ODOO SH and utilize Git and GitHub for reliable version control.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Over 5 years of proven, hands-on experience as an Odoo Developer or Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python and JavaScript scripting languages.
•   Solid frontend development skills utilizing XML, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Qweb for Odoo views and reporting.
•   Deep understanding of backend operations using PostgreSQL, PG Admin, and ODOO ORM.
•   Experience working within an Ubuntu OS environment and using Postman for REST API testing.
•   Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation, communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
•   Native fluency in Arabic and excellent proficiency in English.
