We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to take ownership of our IT operations and endpoint management environment.
This role will be instrumental in managing, improving, and scaling our device management, collaboration tools, and core IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable owning systems end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and support Google Workspace at an advanced level, including user lifecycle management, security settings, and organizational policies Manage and optimize Slack administration, including workspace configuration, integrations, permissions, and user management Support and troubleshoot network-related issues , with an intermediate understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP) Roll out, manage, and maintain an endpoint management / RMM solution (e.
g., Ninja, Jamf, or similar) Oversee patch management, OS updates, and software deployments across company devices Lead or support the implementation of a scalable endpoint management strategy for laptops and other endpoints Ensure systems are secure, up to date, and aligned with IT best practices Provide escalation-level support and guidance for complex IT issues Document processes, configurations, and standards to improve operational efficiency 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience, ideally in a growing or dynamic environment.
Strong experience administering Google Workspace.
Strong experience administering Slack.
Working/intermediate knowledge of networking fundamentals.
Proven experience rolling out or managing an RMM or endpoint management solution (e.
g., Ninja, Jamf, Intune, or similar).
Experience managing patching, updates, and device compliance across multiple machines.
Prior experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly preferred.
